We make gin well

A delightful, intense aroma of chocolate and cherry, but also with notes of “Śliwka Nałęczowska” (chocolate-covered plum) and mint like After Eight. A subtle forest touch of juniper ties everything together beautifully. On the palate, it is quite sharp with juniper, pine needles, green pinecones, mint, and terpenes, yet superbly balanced with the bittersweet notes of high-quality cocoa, dried cherry, a hint of saltiness, and eucalyptus. The finish is dominated by cocoa, followed by sharp juniper, pine needles, pepper, and cherries, which round out the whole profile beautifully. There is also a delicate note of mint chocolate—everything works perfectly here. An exceptional gin.

Aroma of angelica, cumin, and dill, reminiscent of Scandinavian aquavit or genever, with a touch of cocoa and a delicate hint of vanilla flower. Light, malty, and dill-forward on the palate, with notes of pepper, light sweetness, and fresh hazelnut. The finish features cumin and dill, malt, and horseradish—very old-school, in the style of a classic genever.

Aroma of juniper, citrus (especially lemon zest and grapefruit), angelica, coriander, and a subtle hint of mint. Distinct on the palate: juniper, citrus, angelica, and a pleasant savory vegetable note of both carrot and parsley. The finish brings pepper, juniper, coriander, and a light touch of citrus.
